Shipping policy

In stock items such as Wax melts, Soap sponges and Whipped Soap will be shipped on a as per our turnaround window. 

(Please see the estimated delivery time, which is visible on the banner at the top of the page and at checkout.)

Custom bespoke orders on other items, Will have a separate turnaround time and will be noted in the description of the product, please bare this in mind when ordering.  

Pre orders will be shipped within 48hrs* of us receiving the items. orders will be dispatched in date order.

If you order a mix of in stock, Custom and/or pre orders in the same order then your items will not be shipped until everything is in stock and ready to be shipped.
